Interlocking Cantilever Combined Undercut Anchor Bracket

The Interlocking Cantilever Combined Undercut Anchor Bracket is a heavy-duty concealed fixing solution for natural stone facade systems. Developed from the cantilever male-female Interlocking design, its extended profile provides a larger and stronger bracket structure for applications requiring higher load capacity and greater adjustment range.

Its integrated cantilever eliminates the need for a separate angle bracket, reducing components while providing a direct connection to the supporting steel angle.

Three-Part Structure

The complete system consists of three main components:

1. Interlocking Cantilever Main Bracket

The main bracket incorporates an cantilever arm and connects directly to the steel angle using hexagon bolts and a serrated anti-slip washer. The serrated surface on the cantilever engages with the washer to help prevent movement of the bolted connection.

The main bracket can be manufactured with different lengths and widths. A longer bracket and double-hole configuration can be used when a higher-capacity fixing arrangement is required.

2. Interlocking Cantilever Secondary Bracket

The secondary bracket connects to the rear of the stone panel through the undercut anchor and mechanically interlocks with the main bracket.

The main bracket is normally designed slightly larger than the secondary bracket, providing additional lateral adjustment space after the two components are engaged. For example, a longer main bracket can provide greater left-to-right positioning flexibility during panel installation.

3. Undercut Anchor Bolt

An M8 impact-set undercut anchor bolt is commonly used to connect the secondary bracket to the rear of the stone panel. The appropriate anchor embedment depth should be selected according to the panel thickness and the specifications of the selected anchor.

A top adjustment screw is also provided for fine adjustment of panel alignment during installation.

Extended Design for Higher Load Requirements

Compared with the standard cantilever male-female bracket, the Interlocking Cantilever Combined Undercut Anchor Bracket uses a larger overall profile and longer vertical dimensions, providing greater structural capacity within our range of undercut anchor brackets.

For higher load requirements, the main bracket can be made wider and configured with two fixing holes. This allows the cantilever to be secured with two bolts and provides a larger supporting connection.

The combination of a larger main bracket, extended cantilever and male-female mechanical interlocking provides a stable concealed fixing connection between the stone panel and supporting structure.
